🍽️ Recipe: Roasted Radishes
A perfect peppery side dish for summer
Ingredients:
1 lb. globe radishes, halved
1 tbsp grass-fed butter (or olive oil)
½ tsp truffle salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dried dill
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, toss radishes with your cooking fat, truffle salt, pepper, and dill (save the garlic for later).
Spread radishes in a single layer in a baking dish.
Roast for 10 minutes, then add the minced garlic and toss.
Continue roasting for another 10–15 minutes, until the radishes are golden and fork-tender.
